OptifiNow, a maker of mortgage lending software, is rolling out a service to streamline paperwork and ease compliance.
The Cerritos, Calif.-based company said Wednesday that its Leads On-Demand system automates the process of filling out Fannie Mae's universal residential loan application. The system is said to draw information needed to complete the application directly into the system, which can export the information directly into Fannie's form.
Leads On-Demand, which is available as a subscription service, is compatible with any loan origination software, according to the company.
"Not only will Leads On-Demand save lenders time when processing and evaluating loans, it will drastically reduce data-entry errors resulting in huge cost savings as well," John McGee, OptifiNow's chief executive, said in a press release.
