Ocean Shore in N.J. Completes Stock Buyback, Adds New Program

Ocean Shore Holding in New Jersey has completed a buyback of 200,000 shares of its common stock and has authorized an additional repurchase program.

The $1 billion-asset holding company for Ocean City Home Bank began a buyback program in May for 135,000 shares of common stock. Ocean Shore repurchased an additional 65,000 shares as part of that program.

Ocean Shore also plans to buy back 135,000 shares in the new program. Sandler O'Neill & Partners is advising Ocean Shore.

Ocean City Home Bank is a federal savings bank that runs 11 branches in eastern New Jersey.
