County Bancorp in Wis. Names Ex-Kimberly Clark Exec to Boards

County Bancorp in Manitowoc, Wis., has selected former Kimberly-Clark executive Kathi Seifert to be a director.

Seifert will join the board of the $845 million-asset Investors Community Bank in January. She will also be nominated to the board of County Bancorp at its annual meeting next year.

Seifert is currently president and owner of consulting firm Katapult in Neenah, Wis. Previously, she was an executive vice president at Kimberly-Clark, where she led its personal care businessand sales organization. She has also held executive positions at Fort Howard Paper and Beatrice Foods.

Seifert is also a director of Eli Lilly and Lexmark, and she has previously been a director of Revlon, Supervalu and Albertsons.
