Eagle Bancorp Montana Adds Two Members to Board

Eagle Bancorp Montana in Helena has appointed a building contractor and real estate developer to its board.

The $554 million-asset company named Tanya Chemodurow and Shavon Cape directors of the holding company and Opportunity Bank of Montana, according to a Tuesday news release. Eagle expanded its board to add the new members, according to a regulatory filing.

Chemodurow owns a contracting company, Abatement Contractors of Montana, which specializes in environmental remediation. She has been the company's president since 2004. Her work is primarily focused on government contracting and asbestos, lead and mold remediation.

Cape is a co-founder of JWT Capital, a holding company that specializes in real estate and hotel development. Previously, she was a financial adviser at D.A. Davidson and Wachovia Securities.
