MB Financial in Chicago Overhauls Executive Team

MB Financial in Chicago announced leadership changes Friday.

Randy Conte, the $15.6 billion-asset bank's chief operating officer, will become chief financial officer on April 30 and remain operating chief.

The current CFO, Jill York, will be in charge of wealth management, card services, leasing and indirect lending. She will continue to oversee mergers and acquisitions.

Brian Wildman, the chief risk officer, will head consumer banking. He will remain risk chief until the company names a replacement.

Mark Heckler, who had led commercial banking and wealth management, will now lead all commercial banking activities.
