Old Dominion Hires Longtime Va. Banker as Retail Banking Director

Old Dominion National Bank in McLean, Va., has hired Stephanie Lykins-Harvey, formerly of Cardinal Bank in McLean, as director of retail banking.

In overseeing the $55 million-asset bank's branch network in northern Virginia and the Charlottesville region, Lykins-Harvey "will focus on further enhancing the customer experience at Old Dominion," the company said in a press release Tuesday.

As regional sales and service manager at Cardinal, Lykins-Harvey was in charge of 15 branches. Before joining Cardinal in 2014, she spent 15 years at Virginia Commerce Bank in Arlington, overseeing branches in Arlington and Fairfax counties as a branch and regional manager.

Old Dominion has two full-service offices in Albemarle County and a loan production office in Fairfax County. Its expansion efforts include adding full-service branches in northern Virginia and downtown Charlottesville, with a focus on small and midsize business customers.
