Old National in Ind. Revamps Corporate Finance Team

Old National Bancorp in Evansville, Ind., has shuffled its corporate finance department, promoting four executives to new or expanded roles.

The $14.7 billion-asset parent of Old National Bank said that it has made Mark Gorski, who leads its budget and financial planning areas and procurement team, the director of finance. His added duties will include oversight of corporate accounting, tax and facilities.

Brendon Falconer will serve as treasurer while he maintains his roles leading the company's loss-share and credit-management information systems.

Falconer will work alongside Mike Loyd, who was promoted to assistant treasurer, and Jennifer Guzman, the company's former treasurer, will take on the new role of data governance manager in the enterprise risk department.

"These leadership changes within our corporate finance team not only strengthen our ability to adapt to the ever-changing economic and regulatory landscapes, they create a greater sense of synergy within our organization," Jim Ryan, Old National's chief financial officer, said in the release.

Old National has offices and branches in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Wisconsin.
