Citi Announces New Cards Executives

Citigroup Inc. has appointed several new people to the leadership team of its Citi Cards business.

Leslie Gillin was named as head of Citi Cards sales and marketing, Valerie Greer was named head of partnerships and the young adult unit and Barry Rodrigues was named global head of network strategy and management. Gillin and Rodrigues report to Jud Linville, chief executive of Citi Cards. Greer reports to Terry O'Neil, head of the affluent segment and partner management.

Gillin now heads development of marketing and customer growth strategies across all channels. She previously held senior executive marketing roles at Bank of America Corp.

Rodrigues now works with U.S. and regional Citi Cards leadership to develop a global network strategy. Prior to joining Citi, Rodrigues worked for American Express Co., where he was president of global network services.

Greer is in charge of increasing key partnership portfolios. She was previously at JPMorgan Chase & Co. where she was the general manager of partnerships.
