Plaza Bank in Seattle has lured a healthcare executive to return to banking as its new chief executive.

Mike Paul will also become the $100 million-asset bank's president, Plaza Bank said in a press release. Paul previously served as a vice president of financial services as ODS, a Portland, Ore., healthcare company.

Paul does have extensive banking experience. He was the founding CEO of Commerce Bank in Oregon, and he has held senior roles at Umpqua Bank, Centennial Bank, and Key Bank.

Plaza Bank also hired Mike Clabby as its chief credit officer. He previously served as a regional chief credit officer at First Interstate Bank in Billings, Mont.
