The Financial Services Executive Forum Survey is a joint undertaking of American Banker and Greenwich Associates LLC, a consulting and research firm. The report is based on the responses of 206 banking and financial services executives who are qualified members of American Banker's online panel. For the breakdowns between small and large institutions, there were 151 respondents from institutions with less than $10 billion of assets and 23 from institutions with more than $10 billion (and some whose assets were unspecified). The online survey took place in August. We hold panel member information in strict confidence.
We will publish the results in two parts, starting today with a look at the quantitative results to questions posed on regulatory reform. Wednesday we will look at themes and sentiments in respondents' written responses to open-ended questions on the subject.
