Timothy Geithner on Wednesday said he is confident President Barack Obama, if re-elected, won't ask him to stay on as Treasury secretary for another term, according to an interview shown on Bloomberg Television.

"[Obama] is not going to ask me to stay on. I'm pretty confident," Geithner told Bloomberg. "I'm confident he will be president, but I'm also confident that he's going to have the privilege of having another secretary of the Treasury."
