The Mentor Factor

The Mentor Factor is an annual workshop and networking event for women. It is designed for women who are eager to gain advice on how to pursue their career ambitions, develop their professional skills and identify mentors who can provide invaluable guidance on taking risks and developing personal strengths.

The evening before the Honoree Roundtable and the Awards Dinner, honorees and guests raise their wine glasses and toast the women whose achievements are being honored. This intimate networking event is an opportunity to rekindle old business relationships and develop new ones.

The Honoree Roundtable

The Honoree Roundtable is both a business and networking event created to give this year’s Most Powerful Women in Banking dedicated time to discuss industry issues and make connections. A sit-down breakfast will be followed by a personal talk by one of this year’s honorees. From there we will move to roundtable discussions on topics that will allow you to share experience and gain insights from your peers. All discussion is off-the-record.

The Awards Dinner

In conjunction with the release of the rankings, U.S. Banker and American Banker host the The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking Awards Dinner. This invitation-only celebration of achievement in banking and financial services brings together more than 550 of today's most influential banking and finance leaders, including those named in the rankings as well as past honorees and special guests.
