David Rozen is the Vice President of Finance for Picerne Military Housing and has over 15 years of Fixed Income and Real Estate Development Experience. Since joining the company in 2004 he has been responsible for all financial aspects of Picernes nearly 20,000 unit portfolio including the $1.4 billion in debt outstanding and $700 million in invested capital. His extensive Military Housing background includes the procurement and acquisition of over 12,000 units, raising $675 million in private placement and municipal financing, and multiple restructurings and workouts.Prior to joining Picerne, he worked as a Senior Vice President for a major real estate developer in Silicon Valley. In this role he was responsible for project financing and refinancing in both commercial and residential real estate. For 5 years prior to that, David was an Institutional Fixed Income Trader of Municipal Securities for Fidelity Investments. Mr. Rozen holds both a BA and an MBA from Boston University with a concentration in Finance.
