John Auger is the SVP of Internet Payments and Mobile Banking for Citizens Bank. In his role, he is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for the Online Payments and Mobile Banking channels. John is focused on driving the adoption of those channels through the creation of intuitive and relevant cross-channel customer experiences. John has been with Citizens Bank for over 12 years serving in various roles. In his prior role as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, John focused on seeking out and executing improvement opportunities throughout the organization.Preceding Citizens Bank, John served in an entrepreneurial role as a Center Manager of a family owned bowling center overseeing all aspects of the business.John attended Johnson & Wales University and holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
