John Rhow

Director

John Rhow is a Director in the public finance division of Barclays Capital. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for financing and risk management services for California power and water municipalities. In the past year, John has served on financings for SCPPA, LADWP, Metropolitan Water District, California Department of Water Resources, and the City of Burbank's Water System. His current area of focus has been in advising municipal utilities on financing alternatives for renewable power generation projects, as well as developing a financing solution for PACE and other government-sponsored clean energy lending programs. Prior to joining Barclays, John began his career at Goldman Sachs advising debt and hybrid-equity issuers in the corporate arena, playing an integral role in the origination and execution of over $30 billion in debt issuance for Fortune 100 companies such as General Electric/GECC, Fannie Mae, and General Motors. John is a graduate of Harvard University.
