Kerry Welsh

Head, Customer Experience,

Kerry heads the Customer Experience function of the NA Consumer Bank's Marketing and Internet Office. She is responsible for the implementation of Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs across the NA Consumer businesses, and serves as Chief of Staff for the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this role, Kerry spent 7 years in Citi Cards, managing the email channel, and internet marketing activities for multiple external partners and clients. She also held leadership positions launching new products and programs in the Citi Cards partnership space. Before that, Kerry spent 2 years at US Airways developing co-brand credit cards portfolio programs and 2 years at Accenture advising Federal Goverment clients on systems integration.Kerry received her MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
