Terri Cravens is a founding member and Managing Partner of Springboard, LLC, which was founded in 2009 and holds the majority ownership interest in the company. Terri has worked in the mortgage industry for over 37 years. Within the mortgage industry she has several years managing escrow administration including tax processing, insurance servicing, force placed insurance, life and disability insurance product solicitation, records management, management of servicing acquisition and sales, new loans, and alternative finance products (ARMS, etc.).� She then spent ten years in managing a national default servicing portfolio; including collection, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims and REO.� Her experience spans most loan types and many investors including strength in FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans as well as those held by many private investors.� Terri served on Fannie Mae’s default user advisory group for 4 years and she served on Freddie Mac default advisory group for 2 years.� While at GMACM she led them to Freddie Mac Tier 1 status, which was the first ‘large’ servicer to achieve this level.Terri worked seven years in law firm management with a national title/real estate services provider. She was part of a management team of a large national default law firm conducting foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, REO closings, title, outsource operations and software development.Terri also served 9 years in law firm consulting / organizational managementWorked with large international law firm to improve operational efficienciesTargeted new marketsNegotiated contracts for new office space and attorneysStreamlined operations of multiple firms in: foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, title, real estate closings, residential and condominium closingsTerri has an MBA in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking.� Terri has been an invited instructor at the USFN’s educational retreat, providing CLE accredited education for their attorney network.� She has also been an invited panelist on other industry panels and forums for the Mortgage Bankers Association, Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Five Star REO Institute, Legal League 100 and the Louisiana Land and Title Association.� She is a member of the First Baptist Church.
