In the case of postponement, will my sponsorship be transferred to the new event dates?
Yes, your sponsorship will be automatically transferred to the new event dates. You can find our updated events listing here.

Can I transfer my sponsorship to a digital forum?
Yes, we are launching a number of forums relevant to the communities of our events, specifically those that we are unable to host. If your event is postponed or cancelled, please speak with Meghan Rath to further discuss your options.

Can I transfer my payment to a media package?
Yes, we offer a number of media packages which can successfully serve as an alternative to your sponsorship package. If your event is postponed or cancelled, please speak with Meghan Rath to further discuss this information.

Can I transfer my sponsorship to another Arizent event?
Yes, please discuss the available opportunities and events with Meghan Rath. You can find our updated events listing here.
5.
Will sponsors and exhibitors be reimbursed for third party arrangements?
No. As per our terms and conditions, Arizent does not assume responsibility for third party arrangements.
Hotel
1.
Will I be refunded for my hotel?
Rooms booked at the hotel within the event block will be issued a refund for deposits. Please contact the hotel directly and allow 7-15 business days for the transaction to occur.

What do I do about airline cancellations?
Please contact your airline directly for cancellation/refund information.
3.
Will I be refunded for my out-of-pocket travel expenses?
Arizent is not responsible for costs related to event travel.
Delegates
1.
Will I be refunded for my registration?
Arizent will honor the refund policy under the terms and conditions in which you registered.

Will my registration automatically transfer to the new event dates?
Yes, if your event is postponed, your registration will automatically carry over to the new event dates.

How do I transfer my registration to a colleague who can attend the new event date?
Please contact Kimberly O’Carroll to transfer your registration to a colleague.

Can I transfer my registration to another Arizent event?
Yes, please contact Kimberly O’Carroll to transfer your registration to another event.
5.
What if I am unsure if I can attend on the new dates?
If you are unable to confirm your participation at this time, we will happily offer a letter of credit in the amount of your registration, valid through 2020.

If my event has been cancelled, can I transfer my registration payment to a digital forum or subscription package?
