Aditya Bhasin leads Bank of America’s Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Management technology organization.

Aditya’s team is responsible for designing and delivering technology for Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Management clients in the United States,through Bank of America’s online and mobile banking apps as well asin financial centers and in Merrill and Private Bank offices. The team also enables payments and commerce services for consumers and small businesses and is integral to the “high-tech, hightouch” strategy that enables clients to bank when and where they wish, with access to specialists at any time.

In addition to advancing Bank of America’s consumer technology platforms and applications, Aditya leads the company’s global technology strategy for employeefacing platforms. His organization drives the evolution of software delivery methodologies, promotes agile development practices and sets architecture standards companywide. His team also identifies partnerships that connect Bank of America to the emerging technology ecosystem and works with startups to deliver innovations for clients.

Prior to his current role, Aditya led Bank of America’s Marketing, Analytics and Digital Banking business. Before joining the bank in 2004, he was a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, serving clients globally.

Aditya serves as executive sponsor for the company’sAsian Leadership Network and Black Leadership Advisory Council. To develop the next generation of technologists and leaders, he serves as Bank of America’s co-executive sponsor of the nonprofit organization Girls Who Code and as a trustee of Discovery Place science and technology museums for children in the Carolinas.

Aditya holds master’s degrees in computer engineering and engineering management from Dartmouth College, and undergraduate degrees in chemistry and computer science from Hamilton College.
