As Head of Innovation and Customer Journey’s at Bank of the West BNP Paribas, John is responsible for leading the corporate innovation strategy working across divisions at the bank and supporting them in running test & learn experiments through the banks FinLAB open innovation accelerator and Leap internal entrepreneur programs. He also leads the Customer Journey program helping teams across the business to use Design Thinking to reimagine the future state vision, develop new concept solutions, strategy, and the roadmaps to deliver. John joined Bank of the West in 2008 and spent three years as an expat in Paris as Head of Direct Bank & Innovation for the International Retail Banking group at BNP Paribas.
