Dan Chen
Dan is a Vice President and the Treasurer of Cross River Bank. In this capacity, he is responsible for funding, liquidity and capital management, including the Bank’s investment portfolio and asset-liability management. Prior to joining Cross River, Dan was a Managing Director at MetLife Investments and a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, Dan advised the US Department of the Treasury and the Federal Reserve Banks on market-stabilizing measures during the Financial Crisis. Dan also worked at the strategy consulting firm AT Kearney and earned a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
