Brad Wallace
Principal, Financial Services Digital Advisory , EY

Brad is a Principal in EY’s Financial Services Digital Advisory practice where he oversees a team of user experience designers, visual designers, product managers, and digital strategists. He is also the leader of EY’s Customer and Growth offerings focused on experience design, product innovation, and distribution optimization. Brad recently was named to the board of the Carolina FinTech Hub, an organization focused on advancing interconnectivity between FinTechs and large financial institutions.

Brad began his career building large scale technology systems for consumer banking including large scale contact centers, self service solutions, and the earliest incarnations of digital banking. His 20+ year career has followed suit, where he has helped banks of all sizes conquer some of their largest challenges including scaled innovation, large scale process transformation, complex technology design and implementation, and workforce transformation. The one common theme in all of Brad’s work has been his focus on customer experience and the growth agenda. He has a passion for delivering the right experience for the customer and building a scalable ecosystem to support that experience across marketing, sales, and servicing.
