Justin Dunn
Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, WSFS

Mr. Dunn is a dedicated banking professional with diverse experience in marketing, branding, product management, and facilitating change within the financial services industry.

At WSFS, Mr. Dunn leads Corporate Marketing and provides strategic marketing support for the bank’s Retail, Commercial and Wealth Management businesses, and its divisions and subsidiaries. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, development and execution of all marketing activities, including product development, market research, advertising and brand management, communications and media relations.

Mr. Dunn has been responsible for the successful launch of several innovative bank products and services. In June 2015, WSFS became the first bank in the Mid-Atlantic region to introduce Cardless ATM Technology, WSFS Mobile Cash, an offering that represents the latest in security, convenience and speed within digital technology in banking. WSFS Bank’s enthusiasm for innovation brought to bear a strategic alliance with ZenBanx (now owned by SoFi) to launch a digital-only, multi-currency account that allowed customers to save, exchange and send multiple currencies from a single account on their mobile phones.

Before joining WSFS in 2011, Mr. Dunn was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Susquehanna Bank where he was responsible for the development and implementation of company-wide sales and marketing initiatives across a network of 220 retail branches.

Mr. Dunn graduated from Lynchburg College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing & Management, the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Advanced School of Banking, and Rutgers University’s South Jersey Regional Leadership Institute. In 2016, Mr. Dunn was selected as a member of the Delaware Business Times’s DBT 40—a select group of the region’s best and brightest young professionals under the age of 40 who are making a difference with their intelligence, initiative, and innovation. Mr. Dunn sits on the Board of Directors at the Mary Campbell Center and resides in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two boys.
