•18 years experience in the market place with both banking digital product management and technology depth.
•Started career in digital banking in 1998, consulting to build and deploy large Retail Banking channels platform.
•Continued work into PFM integration, and design build-out of Payments automated capability.
•Early work efforts were in technology, as system admin and application design + coding.
•Continued work in digital banking area, working in product management and strategy.
•Multiple patents – cutting across self-service, fraud and security.
•Experience with C-level and Board level presentations / communications.

Relevant Experiences
Worked with client to design and build a digital only bank as lead advisor and designer. Activities included acquisition of banking charter, banking “go to market” strategy, design of client experience, operational assessment and readiness, Regulatory readiness, and technology build-out.

Deep background in all digital delivery components, from product management, UI design, and technology design + deployment. Experience in all delivery methodologies, i.e. SDLC, agile sprints, hybrid models.

Created new digital banking product management area that resulted in focus of enhanced self-service for large bank. Created and led enterprise wide self-servicing strategy. Create and sponsored programs for over $100MM’s in cost savings.

Additional experiences:

Led KPMG first client engagement in Banking for build / deploy of Robotics.

Led KPMG first engagement in Banking for NLP and Cognitive capability for unstructured data extraction.

Designed and built-out automated mortgage origination platform, including digital delivery of platform.

Designed and deployed Commercial Banking sales origination platform, creating new operating model in process.

Supported “Shift Left” and DevOps capabilities for large Global Banks.

Led AML/KYC automation project to drive global level automation, showing cost savings and quality improvements.

Decomposed global lending operations with metric led value chain review; enabled new digital dashboard tracking.

Currently working with large banking clients on next generation solutions / programs for the cross section of client experience, voice navigation, use of data science for client segmentation, and delivery of predictive insights using advanced technology.

Driving thought leadership for Digital Banking integration into Platforms (i.e. Open API, impact of PSD2, Voice navigation and commerce).

Multiple experiences assessing and creating priorities for new product opportunities in banking.
