Will I be refunded for my sponsorship?
Arizent will honor the refund policy under the terms and conditions in which you registered. Please contact Stacy Gellman to further discuss.

Are there other sponsorship options available?
There are a multitude of sponsorship opportunities within the Arizent portfolio of events. If you’d like to pursue other sponsorship opportunities, please contact Stacy Gellman.

Will sponsors and exhibitors be reimbursed for third party arrangements?
No. As per our terms and conditions, Arizent does not assume responsibility for third party arrangements.
Delegates

Will I be refunded for my registration?
Arizent will refund paid registration fees.

Travel Related

Will I be refunded for my hotel?
Rooms booked at the hotel within the event block will be issued a refund for deposits. Please contact the hotel directly and allow 7-15 business days for the transaction to occur.

What do I do about airline cancellations?
Please contact your airline directly for cancellation/refund information.
3.
Will I be refunded for my out-of-pocket travel expenses?
Arizent is not responsible for costs related to event travel.
