Ben Jackson
COO, NBPCA

Ben Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association, where he develops member programming. Prior to joining the Association, he was the Director of Prepaid Research and Advisory Services at Mercator Advisory Group. Ben also has worked as an independent consultant for a variety of clients, including the National Community Investment Fund, for whom he documented the intricate workings of the prepaid card industry in the report "Demystifying Prepaid Cards: An Opportunity for the Community Development Banking Institution Sector", which was identified as one of "15 Must Read Prepaid Debit Card Research Reports" by GetDebit.com. Ben has spoken frequently at major industry events, including the Power of Prepaid, PayThink, and The Prepaid Press Expo. He has been quoted in many media outlets, including The Atlantic, American Banker, and Digital Transactions.
