Kevin Morrison
Senior Analyst, Retail Banking & Payments, Aite Group

Kevin Morrison is a senior analyst on the Retail Banking & Payments team. He has been in the payments/retail banking industry for over 20 years with a variety of roles at First Data, H&R Block Bank, US Bank, and First National Bank of Omaha. Focused primarily on product development and innovation, Kevin has helped develop and launch key payment products in the market today, and over the last few years he has been focused on the fintech space and how the payments industry will evolve over the next decade.

Kevin started his career at Commerce Bank of Kansas City as a credit analyst and most recently was managing director of product innovation at First National Bank of Omaha, where he and his team helped introduce new product development procedures leveraging scrum and agile. His team was also tasked with developing an “Innovation Lab” that would be utilized for everything from mobile payments innovation to retail bank process improvement.

At US Bank, Kevin held multiple positions, including COO of prepaid operations and SVP, GM of USB prepaid. During his time there, his team launched numerous programs, including Campus Prepaid, Consumer GPR, and Corporate Loyalty Rewards. He also led the integrations and conversion of a processing platform for US Bank.
Kevin is a graduate of Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. He is an avid cyclist and has an appreciation for abstract art.
