Mark Grossman
CEO and Founder, Community Software Solutions

Mark Grossman is CEO and Founder of Community Software Solutions, Inc. (CSS), a developer and service provider of Software-as-a-Service products to government social programs and nonprofits. Founded in 1991, CSS software products are used by some of the nation’s largest government programs, including after-school programs, youth employment programs, internship programs, case management, stipend and voucher payment programs. In 2012, CSS developed Eleo donor management software to ensure that all nonprofits would have access to affordable yet powerful online tools to support fundraising and strengthen donor relationships. A certified public accountant, Mark has also served as CFO of various staffing companies, assistant treasurer at an international holding company, and auditor at KPMG. Mark is a longtime proponent of pay cards for youth employment and internship programs and has been utilizing pay cards since 2004.
