With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, Montresa is known for pushing boundaries to provide a next-level customer experience. She currently holds the role of Senior Vice President & Head of Omni Strategy, North America for TD Bank Group, a multinational banking and financial services corporation serving 22 million customers worldwide. She was identified to lead this role tasked with differentiating the TD Bank brand by transforming distribution, leading strategy and future state vision for Omni and connecting seamless customer experiences.

Montresa is no stranger to leading and overseeing many transformational initiatives. She created the first formal, full product-lifecycle methodology for TD's Digital Channel. Also launched TD's first online insurance portal and mobile banking applications.

In her current role, Montresa shaped the strategy and future state vision for a connected customer experience. She collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to align the enterprise to the Omni vision, crafting and delivering on a roadmap that brings the vision to life. In addition to defining the roadmap, Omni delivers capabilities that create value along the customer journey, driving seamless experiences across channels, products, and borders – making it easier for the bank's customers and colleagues. The results are extraordinary: The program is well on its way to unlocking its targeted value.

Before joining TD, Montresa founded and served as CEO of MJM Strategy, Inc., a boutique consultancy combining executive acumen, leadership development, and IT solutions development to move electronic channels forward in financial services, healthcare and food distribution sectors.

Prior to founding MJM Strategy, Montresa worked for 22 years at Branch Banking & Trust Company (BB&T). As Senior Vice President, Montresa established and managed a cross channel strategy organization for BB&T's electronic delivery channels including online, mobile, call center, and ATMs. Montresa also led the team that created and implemented the first mobile banking product which was awarded an exceptional "A" rating by the ABI research and the distinguished "Silver" ranking by Javelin Strategy and Research.
Montresa has many notable achievements throughout her successful career. She pioneered industry-changing “triple play,” revolutionizing mobile banking access across SMS, downloadable application, and browser, now accepted as best-practice solution for mobile banking. She was inducted into “YWCA Academy of Women Leaders”. She was nominated by TD Bank in 2016 and 2017 “Top Team in American Banker’s 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking.” In October 2018, she was recognized as part of TD Top Team in Banking Award.

Outside of work, Montresa is engaged on local boards, has held officer positions with several professional and civic organizations. She is active in sharing her expertise as a speaker for industry conferences and as a participant on e-Commerce panels.
