Peers once nicknamed me “TomTom" for my ability to balance human + digital methods to create alternative ways to reach the destination and lead others through the unknown. A strategic thinker, executive, and leader who has proven the ability to inspire others, help business lines transcend their limits, and navigate to achieve KPIs and P/L. My current quest is delivering Financial Freedom to every one of our clients and associates. As the Sales and Strategy Lead for the full service financial advice division, I helped lead a major culture shift from a transactional, annuity focused business to a client centric, financial planning driven process all while aligning Advisor optimization and client segmentation to the LTFP Outlook and P&L.

Although currently in the Investing world, my background is rooted heavily in business. I became a business owner at the age of 20 and leveraged that personal experience to become a top Business Banker and Cash Management Specialist. In my desire to help others, and seeing a gap in the acumen for the field, I left the front line and took on strategy and leadership roles in Business Banking at several regional and national banks including Capital One. My trademark has been in developing and implementing sales initiatives that deliver a positive client experience (NPS) and drive a balanced stream of income through new client acquisition and deepening share of wallet of existing client base.

I’m extremely proud to hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation and hold a degree in Financial Planning from The Ohio State University. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Akron and a certificate in Applied Behavioral Finance from the Cannon Institute.
