Krista Lane
Krista Lane is the head of Business Banking Product Marketing Strategy for Citizens Bank, leading strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels to advance the success of the Business Banking division across its 11-state footprint.

Krista has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services in leadership roles in marketing, product management/development and strategy across consumer banking, wealth management and small business banking. During her nine year career at Citizens Bank she has headed business product management and was a segment strategist. Prior to joining Citizens Bank in 2008, she held various positions at Bank of America, Eastern Bank, Fleet/BankBoston and Comerica.

She holds a BS from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
