As the leader for Small Business digital at Bank of America, Rob has the responsibility for digital acquisition and relationship deepening, client development, retention, marketing, offers, forecasting and reporting. The goal of this team is to deliver a better digital experience to business owners, fully meeting their business and personal needs.

Previously, Rob was the Small Business Strategy and Planning executive, responsible for client experience and leading programs that improve our ability to deliver solutions to our small business clients. Rob worked closely with functional partners (e.g., product, marketing, finance) and other lines of business to develop and launch initiatives to grow the business responsibly.

Rob joined Bank of America in March 2014 after spending more than eight years in management consulting at McKinsey, most recently out of their Boston office. Rob served financial institutions in North America, focusing on bank and brokerage strategy.

Rob lives in Marblehead, MA, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics and International Relations from Tufts University and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
