In The Room Where It Happened - A Conversation with PNC Male Allies
Joshua Stewart, lead facilitator for PNC’s Men As Allies 2018 program, will interview Jeff Maynard and Alex Mereish, two participants in the inaugural program. They’ll share what they learned during the 10 sessions to enhance their gender acumen and build their skills to be allies of women in the workplace, supporting the advancement of women in business. They’ll share unconscious biases uncovered, engaging anecdotes, practical suggestions, measurements used and “aha” moments from their Men As Allies training. And, the Allies will reveal their 2019 action plans to move the needle for women’s advancement at PNC.
