Claudine Gallagher
Claudine Gallagher is Head of the Americas for the Securities Services business of BNP Paribas. She is responsible for the strategic development of the region, spearheading its client and product development, as well as its marketing initiatives. She joined the firm in 2012 as Head of North America for Securities Services.

Claudine serves on various senior committees throughout the Bank. She is on the Executive Board of the BNP Paribas Americas Territory and is on the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Securities Services.

She was recently named to the Board of Directors of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). She has been honored by American Banker Magazine, for the past three consecutive years, as one of the ’25 Most Powerful Women in Finance.’ She is also on the Board of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in New York.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Claudine worked at JP Morgan for 10 years in a variety of senior management roles. In her most recent role, she was global head of Depositary Receipts (DRs), a position she had held since 2006.

A former BNP Paribas employee, Claudine worked at the Bank from 1995 to 2001 in Paris, Brussels, and New York, where she was responsible for the strategic development of the Bank’s European custody and clearing business.

Claudine is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature and Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
