Joshua Stewart is a Vice President and Director of Talent Programs and Accessibility. A PNC employee for 16 years, Joshua maintains oversight for firm-wide campus recruiting, intern programs, development programs, K-12 talent partnerships, diversity recruiting and the enterprise accessibility strategy.

Prior to his current role, Joshua was a senior manager on the Leadership and Executive Development team, the corporate Diversity and Inclusion team and held various roles within PNC Bank’s Consumer Lending business. As a former project manager for Consumer Lending, Joshua managed key consumer lending initiatives including the acquisitions/integrations of Mercantile Bank, Sterling Bank and National City bank as well as other key product/service implementations.

Recognized by the Out for Work organization as an influential ‘out’ professional in corporate America, Joshua served as the founding President of PNC Proud the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Allies Employee Business Resource Group at PNC Bank.

Joshua sits on the board of directors for the Consortium for Public Education, serves as a volunteer for PNC’s Grow Up Great program, actively supports several organizations that serve Pittsburgh’s LGBT community and sits on the HIV/AIDS procurement panel for the Jewish Healthcare Foundation.

Joshua earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh School of Arts and Sciences and holds a certificate in Diversity Management from Cornell University. (CCDP/AP)
