Donna Turner is the Chief Fraud Policy and Control Officer at Early Warning, managing the company’s overall fraud risk management practice. Included in this role, Turner is focused on innovation, oversight, and the creation and implementation of policy as it relates to external and internal fraud management practices at Early Warning. In addition, Turner is also focused on the fraud risk management capabilities of Zelle (Early Warning’s forthcoming P2P network), ensuring a safer and more secure payment experience.

Prior to joining Early Warning, Turner spent over two decades at Bank of America, dedicated to the company’s fraud oversight discipline. During this time, Turner’s role included leading the enterprise fraud management function for the bank, which was preceded by over a decade in fraud risk roles, product management and operational leadership.

Turner attended the University of Florida for a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She received an Operations Management Program accreditation from the University of Michigan as well as an Enterprise Risk Management Certificate from the Harvard Business School.
