OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. - (08/18/05) – Apropos Technology saidWednesday it has joined with Maxxar, a unit of Open Solutions Inc.,and a provider of Interactive Voice Response systems, to provide anintegrated call-center solution for financial institutions. Thedeal will combine Maxxar’s Total Natural Transaction systemwith Apropos’ Multi-Channel Interaction Management Suite, todeliver a richer experience to customers transitioning fromautomated to agent-assisted interactions. Additionally,Apropos’ multi-channel support will expand Maxxar’sability to deliver online communications support to its banking andcredit union customers.
