Arrowhead CU Closes On New OfficeDeal

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - (12/20/05) -- Arrowhead CU said last week it hasfinalized a deal to acquire an eight-acre site just outside thecity, where it plans to build a new campus-like office building.The property, purchased for $1.8 million, is adjacent to ArrowheadCredit Union Park, home of the Inland Empire 66ers minor leaguebaseball team which is sponsored by the $1 billion credit union.Plans call for construction of a three-story 120,000-square footbuilding which would house the credit union and its three whollyowned CUSOs.
