Bay State CU Seeks HybridTIP

HAVERHILL, Mass. - (12/09/05) -- Haverhill Municipal Employees CUsaid it has applied to state regulators for what would amount to aTIP charter serving two TIPs (trade, industries or professions).The hybrid charter would allow the $10 million credit union toserve municipal employees in 11 local communities, as well ashealth care workers in the same communities, according to theapplication as reported by the Massachusetts Division ofBanking.
