CFO Departs Troubled ATM ISO

PONTE VEDRA, Fla. - (06/02/06) – Financially ailing GlobalAxcess Corp., independent operator of 5,000 ATMs, said its chieffinancial officer, David Surette, has resigned. He will be replacedby Michael Loiacono, vice president for finance for InfiniRouteNetworks, by TNS, Inc., a provider of electronic funds transferservices. Global Axcess, which operates a co-branded network forsmall credit unions and banks, reported a loss of $722,000 for2005, and a loss of $877,900 for the first quarter of2006.
