After 35 years in credit unions, Joseph C. Cirelli plans to retire as CEO of US Airways effective Oct. 1, 2004. Cirelli has been CEO since 2000, joining in 1969 what was then Allegheny Airways FCU. Cirelli has been active in NAFCU the Filene Research Institute, and the Airline CU Association, and held other positions. He will be succeeded by Mark S. Brennan
