Clients participating in an annual customer loyalty survey gave core data processor re:Member Data Services (RDS) high ratings in the key categories of software quality, technical support, and overall quality. The survey, administered by Walker Information in the fourth quarter of 2002, reported positive ratings from more than 95% of participants in each of these areas. According to survey results, clients ranked RDS above its competitors on the company's overall performance, which includes all of the individual factors customers consider when making decisions to continue buying products and services. Over 97% of clients surveyed said they consider RDS to be a good business partner. Fifty percent of the RDS client base participated in the survey.
