SEFCU Raises Money For Local Teen

ASTON, Penn.-The employees of Sun East Federal Credit Union donated $1,500 to Eddie Lancaster, a local teen traumatically injured. Funds were raised through hoagie sales, pretzel sales, donations, and a special "Jeans Day." The credit union matched all funds.

* SAGINAW, Mich.-Catholic Federal Credit Union opened a school branch at Nouvel Catholic Central High School.

GWFCU Donates 1000 shirts

PENSACOLA, Fla.-After Gulf Winds FCU changed its name from Monsanto Employees CU, employees donated 1,000 shirts and sweatshirts with the old logo to missions in Frakes, Kentucky, and in Ecuador.

SWCU Participates In Heart Walk

WEIRTON, W.Va.-Steel Works Community Federal Credit Union participated in the American Heart Association Heart Walk and raised $1,000 for the charity.

WCU Contributes To The Red Cross

PASADENA, Calif.-Wescom Credit Union made a $25,000 corporate donation to the San Gabriel Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition, the credit union's employees contributed an additional $5,000 to the chapter.

In additional news, the credit union raised $200 for the purchase of a new American flag for Los Positas Elementary school.
