The $425-million Consumers Credit Union has launched the Summit Spectrum solution from Summit Information Systems, Corvallis, Ore., a unit of Fiserv, Inc. CCU is also enhancing its online capabilities through Summit Branch Suite, providing front-office, member marketing and contact management tools, and launching an integrated consumer lending solution incorporating Lender Advantage and WebLoan24 for branch and Internet origination; document archiving and paperless workflow through TrueImage; and complete electronic and financial reporting services.
In addition, Summit reported that CCU has also invested in the company's disaster recovery services as well as the identity verification MemberID component of Branch Suite. Future implementation plans include the Summit Internet banking solution as well as one-to-one member marketing capabilities with the "Next Product to Sell" component of Branch Suite scheduled for the end of 2006.
