HERNDON, Va. - (05/18/05 -- CU Realty said it is providing creditunion members rebates of up to 1% on the sale and purchase pricesof their homes when they use a real estate agent from apre-approved network. The CUSO aid it has already signed 2,700credit unions and generated $7 million in sales in the mid-Atlanticstates of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia sinceits February opening. The CU Realty program also gives credit unionmembers free access to real estate decision tools includingneighborhood demographics and MLS listings.
