CUNA Mutual Seeks Tax Incentive for Forth Worth Project

FORT WORTH, Texas – CUNA Mutual Group said Tuesday it plans to locate a new customer service center in Fort Worth and hire 700 workers there. The project is contingent on the Fort Worth City Council approving as an economic incentive a 10-year, 75% property tax abatement that would save the company an estimated $70,000 a year.

The new service center represents the consolidation of 11 customer support centers for the company’s collateral protection line. The new facility will be located in a new building in CentrePort Business Park, located south of the Dallas/Forth Worth International Airport.
