DALLAS - (12/21/05) -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallassaid Tuesday it will pay its members a dividend of 3.99% for thefourth quarter, which will be paid in capital stock. That's up froma dividend of 2.44% paid for the fourth quarter in 2004. The fourthquarter dividend will be paid to the Dallas bank's 890 memberinstitutions, including 41 credit unions, on December30.
