Through the technology, members can speak into the phone to quickly and easily access their account information and complete transactions..."There is no need to wait for a menu prompt-The automated system will allow members to say 'Day Air' and state what they want to do. Telephone Teller will confirm the spoken request and comply," the credit union said. Members continue to have the option of using the touch-tone system.
