LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. - (02/07/06) -- DealerTrack, the provider of onlinesystems for indirect auto lending, said it has agreed to acquireDealerWire, a privately held provider of inventory managementsystems to the auto dealers in Lebanon, N.H. DealerWire evaluates adealership's sales and inventory performance by vehicle make, modeland trim. DealerTrack hopes to market the system to the 21,000dealers it has connected to its indirect loan platform. Terms ofthe deal were not disclosed.
