Delaware Adopts 'No Hats, No Hoods, No Sunglasses'

Delaware's credit unions have become the latest to implement a "no hat, no hoods, no sunglasses" policy in an effort to prevent robberies. According to the Delaware league, it will provide posters and signs to affiliated credit unions that ask members to remove sunglasses, hoods and hats prior to entering the credit union. In July, the Missouri league implemented a similar policy.
